The bees of High Peak Estate collect sweet dew found on the trunk of the native New Zealand Black Beech. It is raw, responsibly harvested, traceable, sustainable and produced by bees that never forage on sprayed crops. With a rich nose reminiscent of the aromatic beech forest it comes from, it has a deep amber colour and taste of silky toffee, with a hint of berry and an earthy, smoky finish.
