Royal Manuka Honey is created by High Peak Estate’s bees from the nectar of the native New Zealand Manuka tree, leptospermum scoparium. Raw, responsibly harvested, traceable, sustainable and produced by bees in and around the New Zealand Southern Alps, our honey is 100% New Zealand Manuka Honey. It is rich amber in colour with robust earthy notes, hints of woodiness, nuts and a smoky finish.

This fabulously rich, raw honey has a unique taste profile; smooth, full-bodied, complex with deep smoky toffee notes and a slightly astringent aftertaste. It has a naturally low glycemic index.
This raw honey comes from the beautiful flowers of the Quillay tree and is infused with flavours from the remote Chilean forests. Communities of artisan beekeepers harvest it from mountains and valleys that are free of pesticides. It’s also produced sustainably and to Fair Trade standards.
